Projected turnout
Know how big the electorate will be, before it shows up.
A daily projection of early vote and total turnout for your district, given as a range rather than a single number, because a single number would be false confidence. Ballots cast so far is a hard count. The projection is clearly a model, and it never predicts who wins.

How we project: we compare this cycle’s daily early-vote pace to the same days in 2022 (the comparable midterm), then add a modeled Election-Day share. The range is a 90% band that tightens each morning as ballots come in. The Election-Day projection carries a wider band because the early-vs-Election-Day mix is itself uncertain. A projection of participation, never a forecast of who wins.
District intelligence
Know your neighborhoods, not just your numbers.
Which subdivisions hold the most voters, how each one registers, where turnout collapsed last cycle, and which precincts move. The kind of thing a twenty-year precinct captain knows by heart, for a district you may have moved into last year.

Build a list
Ask any question about your district. Get a walk list.
Pick the voters you mean: a neighborhood, an age range, a language, a party, people who turn out in presidential years but skip municipals, first-time registrants, renters, homeowners. The count updates as you go. When it looks right, save it and send it out.

Modeled intelligence
The voter file says “unaffiliated.” That is not an answer.
In Wake County, more voters register Unaffiliated than with either party. VoteIQ estimates which way they actually lean, which language a mailer should be written in, and whether the door opens on an owner or a renter. These are estimates, labeled as estimates, and never dressed up as the official record.

- How much does it cost?
- Candidate access is a paid product. Pricing depends on your campaign and team size: we'll walk you through it on a short demo. Public, aggregate data on VoteIQ stays free for everyone.
- Who can get access?
- Verified candidates and their campaign managers, confirmed against the official NCSBE candidate-filing list. Access is granted at our discretion and is governed by our Terms; eligibility details live there.
- How do you protect voter data?
- Voter-level data is gated to verified candidates for their own district and never appears on a public page. Volunteer links are scoped to one list, revocable, and expiring, and a volunteer only ever sees a name, an address, and the ask.
- Are the modeled attributes reliable?
- They are probabilistic estimates, built in-house from public records and useful for targeting, but always labeled as modeled and never presented as the official record. Lower confidence estimates are flagged as such, and small groups are suppressed.
- Does VoteIQ cut turf or plan routes?
- Not in v1. We focus on intelligence, list building, and assignment. Turf cutting and optimal route ordering are deliberately deferred so we can do the core well.
- Why only Wake County?
- We do one place deeply rather than everywhere shallowly. Wake is North Carolina's largest county with diverse, fast-moving civic patterns: the right place to prove depth before expanding.
